Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard Shipping:

  • Cost: Free on orders $100+ | $7.95 on orders under $100

  • Processing Time: 2–3 business days

  • Delivery Time: 5–7 business days after shipment

  • Carrier: USPS Priority Mail

  • Tracking: Provided for all orders via email

 

Expedited Shipping:
Not currently available. We will notify our email list when expedited options become available.

Presale Shipping Timeline

Orders placed during the presale period (Weeks 9-10) will ship once our first production run is completed.

  • Estimated Ship Date: Early November 2025

  • Updates: You will receive regular email updates on production progress and shipping status

  • Tracking: Provided as soon as your order is dispatched

Once shipped, standard delivery time applies (5–7 business days)

International  Shipping

We do not currently ship outside the United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future—join our email list to be notified when that becomes available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package's delivery progress through USPS or the carrier's website.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only modify addresses before your order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot reroute it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Vision Pages is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If you believe your package was stolen, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or building management

  2. Contact your local post office

  3. File a claim with USPS if applicable

If your package shows as "delivered" but you cannot locate it, please reach out to us at support@thevisionpages.com, and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging before opening

  2. Contact us at support@thevisionpages.com within 7 days of delivery

  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

We will send you a replacement or provide store credit immediately.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Presale Orders(Non-Refundable)

Because presale orders fund our initial production, all presale purchases are final and non-refundable.

However, if your Kingdom Agenda arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly provide a replacement or store credit.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Presale Shipping Timeline

We want you to love your Kingdom Agenda. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns on unused, unopened planners within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility:

  • Product must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging must be intact

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

 

Return Process:

  1. Email support@thevisionpages.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide a return shipping address

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (customer pays return shipping)

  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days

 

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or written-in planners

  • Planners with damaged or missing packaging

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance (if applicable)

 

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product or made an ordering error, please:

  1. Initiate a return (if eligible)

  2. Receive your refund

  3. Place a new order

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our return policy, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your Kingdom Agenda arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@thevisionpages.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damage or defect

  • A brief description of the issue

We will send you a replacement or provide store credit immediately—no return shipping required for damaged or defective items.
