1. Agreement to Terms

 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kingdom Vision Holdings LLC, a Maryland limited liability company, operating as Vision Pages ("we," "us," "our," or "Vision Pages"), concerning your access to and use of the website www.thevisionpages.com (the "Site") and the purchase of products offered through the Site.

 

By accessing or using our Site, placing an order, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Site or purchase our products.

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

2. Eligibility

 

You must be at least 18 years of age to make a purchase on our Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

 

We do not knowingly sell products to minors. If a purchase is made by someone under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to cancel the order without refund. We are not liable for unauthorized purchases made by minors, and no refunds will be issued for such transactions.

 

3. Products and Services

 

Product Descriptions

 

We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and specifications of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

If a product offered on our Site is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the unused product in accordance with our Return Policy (Section 6).

 

Product Availability

 

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. In the event a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or store credit.

 

Pricing

 

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed, provided payment is received and the order is accepted by us.

 

Applicable sales taxes will be calculated and added at checkout as required by law. We use Wix to automatically calculate sales tax based on your shipping address.

 

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors on our Site. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to either:

• Proceed with the order at the correct price, or

• Cancel the order for a full refund

 

4. Payment and Billing

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

 

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments and our integrated payment processors.

 

Payment Authorization

 

By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided

• The payment information you provide is accurate and complete

• You will pay all charges incurred at the prices in effect when the charges are incurred

 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.

 

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

 

Placing an Order

 

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order—it is merely confirmation that we received it.

 

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Product availability

• Errors in pricing or product information

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Your failure to meet eligibility requirements

 

If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email and issue a full refund if payment has been processed.

 

Order Modifications and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled by the customer. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately using the contact form on our Contact page. We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed.

 

6. Presale Orders

 

Presale Terms

​

Certain products may be offered for presale before they are available for immediate shipment. By purchasing a presale product, you agree to the following terms:

All presale purchases are final and non-refundable. Presale orders fund our initial production, and therefore we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for presale purchases except in the following circumstances:

Exception: Damaged or Defective Products

If your presale product arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form on our Contact page and provide:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the damage or defect

• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

Upon verification, we will, at our sole discretion, provide either:

• A replacement product, or

• Store credit for the purchase price

​

Important: To prevent abuse and fraud, we reserve the right to investigate all damage claims and may deny claims if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the product was not damaged or defective upon delivery.

 

Presale Shipping Timeline

​

Presale products will ship once production is completed. The estimated ship date for presale orders is March–April 2026. You will receive regular email updates regarding production progress and shipping status.

Shipping costs are non-refundable for presale orders.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to production delays, shipping carrier delays, or force majeure events (see Section 13).

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

 

Domestic Shipping

 

We currently ship only within the United States. We use USPS and other carriers to deliver orders.

 

Shipping Costs:

• Orders $100 and above: Free standard shipping

• Orders under $100: $7.95 standard shipping

 

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

 

Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment.

 

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We may expand internationally in the future and will update these Terms accordingly.

 

Risk of Loss

​

All products purchased from our Site are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

 

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

 

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to reship the order. If you do not wish to pay for reshipment, we may issue a refund minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee.

 

8. Returns and Refunds (Post-Launch Products Only)

 

This Return Policy applies to products purchased after our official launch. Presale purchases are governed by Section 6 above.

 

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused, unopened products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Product must be in its original condition and packaging

• Product must be unused (no writing, markings, or signs of use)

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or written-in planners

• Products with damaged, missing, or opened packaging

• Products marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable)

 

Return Process

 

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery using the contact form on our Contact page

2. Provide your order number and reason for return

3. We will provide you with a return shipping address

4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method (you are responsible for return shipping costs)

5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery using the contact form on our Contact page and provide:

• Your order number

• A detailed description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

 

We will, at our sole discretion, provide either:

• A replacement product (no return shipping required), or

• Store credit for the purchase price

9. Intellectual Property Rights

 

Ownership

 

All content on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the property of Kingdom Vision Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Vision Pages™ is a pending trademark of Kingdom Vision Holdings LLC.
The Kingdom Agenda is copyrighted material owned by Kingdom Vision Holdings LLC.

All content and designs are proprietary and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our express written permission.

 

Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without permission

• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our products or Site

• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written authorization

• Use our Site or products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose

 

User-Generated Content

If you post photos, reviews, testimonials, or other content featuring our products on social media or other platforms and tag Vision Pages or use our hashtags, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for marketing, promotional, and commercial purposes.

 

We will credit you when using your content unless you request otherwise. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to use it as described above.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

In no event shall Kingdom Vision Holdings LLC, Vision Pages, or our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our Site or products, including but not limited to:

• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities

• Loss of data or information

• Personal injury or property damage

• Failure to meet deadlines or obligations due to product use or misuse

 

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our Site or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kingdom Vision Holdings LLC, Vision Pages, and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of our Site or products

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights

• Any fraudulent, unlawful, or unauthorized activity associated with your account or orders

 

12. Dispute Resolution

 

Governing Law

 

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

 

Informal Negotiation

 

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first to attempt to resolve the matter informally. Please use the contact form on our Contact page, and we will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution.

 

Binding Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of our Site, or the purchase of our products that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

 

Arbitration will take place in Maryland. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

 

You waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

 

Waiver of Jury Trial and Class Actions

 

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration.

 

Small Claims Court Exception

Notwithstanding the arbitration provision above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies. However, if the claim is appealed or removed from small claims court, it must be resolved through binding arbitration as described above.

 

Exceptions to Arbitration

​

The following disputes are not subject to arbitration:

• Claims seeking injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights

• Claims related to theft, piracy, or unauthorized use of proprietary information

 

13. Force Majeure

 

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, severe weather)

• War, terrorism, or civil unrest

• Government actions or regulations

• Labor disputes or strikes

• Production delays or failures by third-party manufacturers

• Shipping carrier delays or disruptions

• Failures of utilities, internet, or telecommunications

 

In the event of a force majeure circumstance, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and fulfill orders as soon as reasonably possible.

 

14. Wholesale and Bulk Orders

 

We offer wholesale pricing and terms for bulk orders. Wholesale customers are subject to separate terms and agreements.

Wholesale orders are not subject to the standard Return Policy outlined in Section 8.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

 

16. Entire Agreement

 

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vision Pages regarding your use of our Site and purchase of our products, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications.

 

17. Waiver

 

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Vision Pages.
